After 10 years with the same mechanical & engineering company, developing from a Service Coordinator to Office Manager, followed by service roles in the maintenance industry, Dawn wanted a challenge in a new sector, joining TMR in 2007. A strong believer that great customer service should be part of enjoying your job, her role is tailor-made.
