Since 1998, we’ve specialised in supplying and maintaining franking machines, mailroom equipment, and consumables, earning a top spot as independent market leaders thanks to our customer-centered approach. Our expertise has grown within the private and public sector, to meeting the equipment needs of over 8,000 customers, including publicly-funded entities like local authorities, government bodies, educational institutions, and healthcare organisations.

We’ve been integral within key framework agreements like PRO5, Advanced Procurement for Universities & Colleges, NHS Shared Business Services, and DEFRA. Our approval by Crown Commercial Services further solidified our position. Expanding beyond the public sector, we ventured into the third sector, providing advanced direct mail resources for charities, non-profits, and fundraising organisations.
