Joining the world of franking straight from school in 2013, Ryan started in the MailServe office before moving onto installs and becoming a service engineer with TMR when we acquired them in 2018. After studying electronics & computing, Darran trained as a bricklayer, before heading to the leisure industry for 11 years to service gaming machines and avoid the cold winters... A fan of the gym and sea fishing, he appeared on a couple of kids’ TV shows in the 80s, alongside Denise van Outen, and has been servicing mailing equipment since 2007.

A diploma in Society, Health & Development along with work experience in a bakery, put Becky on the pathway towards a career helping customers. Joining TMR in 2015 in the telesales team, she quickly moved to the service department, making sure your franking machines all run smoothly.

After starting his working life as a Sous Chef and Holiday Sales Agent, Ryan put his undoubted communication skills to work when joining TMR Customer Services in 2014 and is now our enthusiastic Team Leader. Despite the red hair, he's most definitely a proud Blue, would ideally wear shorts to work if allowed and can't describe himself in 3 words.

With over 17 years franking manufacturer experience before joining TMR in Jan 2018, Tim helps streamline business processes and reduce operating costs. Currently enjoying family life in London, he also spent 8 years in LA, where as a songwriter he co-wrote a couple of songs for One Direction and performed live in a backing band on X Factor USA.

Having studied ‘Horology’ after leaving school, then working in Switzerland, he always has the time for whatever challenge comes along…!

With over 20 years in the field as a service engineer, Pat joined TMR in 2019 when we acquired GEM. A keen rugby fan, he follows Sale Sharks now his playing days are over and is still disappointed by the end of the 2019 World Cup. But he is the proud holder of a 1kg burger challenge certificate and has a YouTube video with over 24 million views!?

After working in travel, recruitment, car rental and debt management, family man Vinny joined in 2010 as a telesales coordinator, after a chat at a social event...! In charge of Telesales & Retentions, he’s also a team player outside the office, as 10-year club captain and now chairman of his local cricket team, and avid fan of the mighty Clarets.

After a stint as work experience at TMR with school, Tom went on to qualify as an electrician working for the local council, before joining us full time in 2014 as a field service engineer, training, installing, maintaining and repairing franking machines onsite and remotely. In 2018 he came off the road to be in charge of product distribution.

Consumables Team Leader
Originally from Twickenham, Poppy moved to Manchester in 2017 to push the boundaries with a new challenge, utilising her sales experience in the finance, automotive and hospitality industries. A keen festival goer and able to rap the whole of Gold Digger... she’d love to appear on reality TV (having been selected for First Dates).

Financial Accountant
After graduating with First Class degree in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Liverpool, Matt gained valuable experience in the investment sector, before joining TMR in 2019. Proudly completing his ACCA qualifications in Jan 2020, he’s plays golf in any spare time, alongside supporting the greatest Rugby League team... Wigan Warriors!

Service Team Leader
Originally joining in 2012, Rachel has progressed from Telesales, to Customer Service (with a brief time in OPT) before finally settling in the Service Team. Now Team Leader she's responsible for equipment installations, breakdowns and Royal Mail courtesy visits, dealing with customers, engineers and all internal departments.
