Reach Local, a total digital marketing system which helps local businesses gain more customers, recently surveyed their readers to find out what local businesses must stop doing in their online marketing this year, and the results were interesting!
Thirty percent of readers said that having a non-mobile friendly website was a number one concern in 2015, followed by 28% stating sending calls to voicemail was something that, as a local business, they should stop doing. Other concerns included outdated local listings, and using Facebook instead of having a website.
